Our expert craftsmen work hard to ensure that our sofas are the best they can be, and we only use the highest standard of locally sourced materials to manufacture everything in our purpose-built factory. If however you aren’t happy with your new purchase, we offer a Risk Free Purchases policy so you can return it to us within 14 days, completely free of charge. We want to make the process of buying a stunning new Chesterfield sofa stress free and hassle free. You should be able to relax knowing you’re going to get a quality product, and that it can be resolved quickly and easily if you aren’t satisfied.

Offer applies to all new orders placed online and does not include our Clearance items or Showroom orders.

If you would like to return your sofa, you can email us within 14 days of delivery, and we will arrange for it to be picked up and returned to us, free of charge. Once your sofa has been returned, we’ll organise for your refund to be paid via the same method you used to pay for your sofa.
